Waitlist Policy
The Old Goat is a first come, first serve restaurant. If we are not on a Wait, come right on in! If we are on a Wait, The Old Goat will accept party sizes of up to 10 people.
Adding your name to our Waitlist is NOT a Reservation!
When you add your party's name to our Waitlist link, make sure to Check-In with the Host Stand when you arrive!
If you have a party size MORE than 10 people, we ask that you call our store at this number: (616) 288-6976. Ask for the Manager on Duty, and it will be up to the Manager’s discretion whether to accept Walk-In/Waitlist parties of 11+ people. If accepted, the Manager will then add your party’s name to our Waitlist. Walk-in parties of 11+ people will be accepted on a case by case basis, and will be contingent on our current Waitlist of the day.
If you are on our Waitlist, please contact us ASAP if you are going to be late or cancel at the waitlist link above.
